The youngest of the traditional styles, Sun Style is the form that much of the fall prevention research is based on. Meghan Bryant, Master Trainer for Tai Chi for Health, will be leading the Basic 6 of the Tai Chi for Arthritis form, designed by Dr. Lam. The focus will be on keeping movement within our comfort zone, while we begin with the basic understanding of what can restore our balance. The new student course is designed to be stand-alone classes, which are perfect for drop ins ($5 per class). For the continuing student ($8 drop in), the additional time will be used to continue their understanding and enjoyment of Tai Chi.
