Croissants are made from multiple layers of pastry. These can be made ahead of time and frozen. Learn how to make the dough, roll the dough, and cook the finished product. Participants will make croissants and take home three flavors ~ sweet, savory, and buttery...and we all know there is nothing better than soft, buttery croissants! Join instructor Sharon Munyak, owner of Hobby Hill Farm, for this delicious new class. The deadline to sign up is February 7th, but new classes fill up fast, so you should register early.
