For a minimum of three hours, which includes set up and clean up time, the Great Room, our largest room, requires a $50 per hour rental fee (plus a deposit of $100 which will be refunded within 30 days providing the room is returned to it's original condition).

The County is pleased to offer groups who work actively for the betterment of our community, including 501C3 organizations, not-for-profit recreational organizations, church groups, and full-time employees, a 50% discount on rental fees. All deposits still apply.

Also, Louisa County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad Departments may use the facility at no charge one time per calendar year, then receive a half-fee waiver of rental fees. All discounted fee requests must be on department letterhead and paid by department check in order to qualify.

Meeting Room and Craft Room rental fees may apply depending on reason for meeting and/or time of meeting.

The kitchen at the Betty Queen Center is not available for public use. A kitchenette is available for rent in the Craft Room.
